overall hotel was good, staff very friendly, they offer water filters for free in the corridor where you can fill your water bottled which is great to reduce plastic water bottles. It's a convenient location for the ones who wants to stay close to historic center.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed the gym and swimming pool, breakfast had so many choices and had nice buffet style food, room was spacious with a comfy bed, AC was operating and needed, bathroom was clean and everything worked. Good WiFi and safe in room. Lots of shops nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room service lads work really hard. Highly appreciated. Thank you

I liked the relaxed ambiance & the staff were very friendly & helpful. I would like to hugely thank Hafist in particular for his absolutely above & beyond efforts in helping me with my travel arrangements to Yogyakarta! He spent time helping me to book my ticket as well as giving me a personalized travel itinerary to consider while I’m there. He is a true asset to Mercure Jakarta Kota!

Very good value for money. Strategic location, mostly old but functional and decent furnitures. Bed was very comfy. Water pressure was good and hot water was available almost always quicky. Staffs were responsive and helpful. For my personal preference, not overly courteous.

Fantastic hotel at a very reasonable price. Perfect location, easy to get to from the airport. It’s right next to Mangga Besar, so you have plenty of food options to choose from. Every member of staff here are polite and professional, true Indonesian hospitality. I highly recommend this place :-)

although the hotel is old, but the room is clean. and quiet for sleep. the bed is soft and confortable. location just fine, you can find burger king and starbuks just 100-200 meters away. a lot of convinience shops nearby. staff are friendly and nice

It was good value. They had good facilities in the pool and gym. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Spacious, clean, great facilities and service. The staff was supernice and helpful. Breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Loved the bubur and jajanan bar but also great choices of Indonesian food, different menu every day. Location really great, close to Kota Tua, Abang Tanah and Glodok.

Fair spread of breakfast for selection. Opening timing is good. Easy to hail taxis, as they are queuing inside the hotel compound. Staff are very helpful and always wearing their smiles.
